I have a simple zone with a window on the northern wall.I would be appreciated if there is any one to explain me how I can set Window to Wall Ratio (WWR) and also Window length and width in jEPlus IDF editor to analyse and find my outputs via an example please?I mean,I don’t know how to put Search strings in jEPlus IDF editor and  put my parameters in CSV file?

Hi everybody
In order to Compare the runtime between jEPlus version 1.5 and previous version of jEPlus, I tried jeplus-1.4 Build 01. I've tried lots of my models which have a few or lots of decision variables with jEPlus version 1.5 and I noticed that this version works too much slower than previous version of jEPlus for lots of variables {{more than 300 jobs}} ,which I've been working on, in collecting results in the AllCombinedResults.csv,Of course On my machine.for lots of variables ,After finishing the runs with jEPlus version 1.5 ,exactly 11 minutes later, AllCombinedResults.csv appears, On my machine !!! While using previous version of jEPlus [jeplus-1.4 Build 01 and ect.] , All results were immediately appeared After finishing the runs.
So I have two wishes.first, On your machine,does jEPlus version 1.5 show All results immediately like previous version of jEPlus for lots of variables {{more than 1000 jobs}} exactly After finishing the runs or not please?
Second, I really appreciate and thank if someone send the latest previous version of jEPlus to me please. Because it showed All the results in a very high speed and immediately.

Is it possible that anyone kindly send me the latest jEPlus version 1.4 to check something .something is wrong on my machine,and so I would like to know whether the problem is my machine or maybe jEPlus version 1.5 is the reason. Unfortunately, after the release of the jEPlus version 1.5, I've deleted jEPlus version 1.4.

Hi dear Dr.I am not sure whether you could download my jEPlus-1variable.rar or not.But i have tried this version for lots of my models and On my machine ,commandline acts exactly like No choice.

Well.The first problem is fixed ,Thanks.But for second problem,Dear Dr Yi,let’s test jEPlus for two cases,first : manually and second :using commandline please.On my machine, for manually case , if we make different joblist.txt manually and browse them in joblist in file and run different joblist.txt exactly in one output folder, a massage appears which its figure is  attached below: No choice just overwrites parameters,but dose not overwrite results [bad option].Yes choice overwrites parameters and results well [good option].in using commandline  case, if we make different joblist.txt manually ,accordings to User's manual- 8.1 Command-line options, a very simple commandline in matlab is written to launch jEplus to run my joblist.txt automatically,in this case, On my machine ,using commandline acts exactly like No choice[overwrites parameters,but dose not overwrite results in AllCombinedResults.csv]. Dr, in  jEPlus-1variable  pack which its link is attached below for you , my batch files are there.in figures,you can see parameters is overwritten,But results have not been overwrite in AllCombinedResults.csv using commandline.

I have a problem with jEPlus results while using joblist.txt in job list in file option.
Let’s assume we have Orientation parameter.For first try,when we take Orientations 0, 45, 60 in joblist.txt ,jEplus shows  AllCombinedResults  for Orientations 0 ,45 ,60 completely well,But without deletion of Orientations 0,45 ,60 outputs, for second try ,for  Orientations100,145 ,350 in joblist.txt, where as we have a new joblist.txt, jEplus shows SimResults.csv for before Orientations(0, 45, 60)!!!  Of course @@ Orientation @@ in AllCombinedResults is updated, But  jEPlus dose not update Results and overwrite  for new Orientations!!!!
Do you Know why Dears ??
Of course ,I think ,maybe jEPlus codes in java is the reason. Thanks a lot

Hi All,
I am now using jEplus version 1.5 beta 07 to run a parametric study.
I noticed that in this version, a "rvx" file was introduced to allow for data extraction with more than one rvi files.
My problem is that, it seems that the second rvi file specified in the rvx would not be processed by jEplus.
For example, in my case, I created a rvx based on the example file:

After the simulation, I can see data collected in XiaolinSimResults.csv, but I cannot see data in the XiaolinSimResults_SSLC.csv.
But if I check the individual folder of each run, I can see these two files in each individual folder.
I tried to used the "ReadVarsEso" function under the "Utilities" tab with the rvi file "ValidNonConv_1019_basic_sslc.rvi", then I can still get the data.
So I am thinking that maybe jEplus is not able to correectly extract the data defined in the "rvis" part?

Hi everybody
As you Know,jEPlus+EA recognizes only the first branch of the parameter tree. If Our project needs multiple parameters, We Should use the combinatorial parameter syntax.In order to jEPlus+EA ,I am confused in Using Combinatorial parameters alittle to fill in alternative values in values blank . Since import function creates only a single-branch tree ,Can we use “Import parameter table”, instead of using combinatorial parameter syntax??I mean ,in Edit tab, import the whole the parameter tree from a list of parameter definitions in a CSV ?
If No,I Have These variables:
X(1)=[0:180:360] and X(2)= {City,Suburbs,Urban} and X(3)= {0.1 ,0.2 }
for the search tag is @@x1@@|@@x2@@|@@x3@@| But
How can I fill in values in values blank to make correct Combinatorial parameters please??
