This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use our web pages emanating from url jeplus.org (“JEPlus Pages”), whether as a guest or a registered user. Access to our JEPlus Pages is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our JEPlus Pages without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our JEPlus Pages are unavailable at any time or for any period.

At the moment, access to our JESS Service is by invitation only. However, if you are a registered user of our JEPlus Pages you can request access to our JESS Service, in which case we will consider your request and send you an invitation at our sole discretion. If we would like you to trial our JESS Service, we will send you an invitation to trial our JESS Service by email enclosing a user name and password. You must treat any password as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any password at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
