New installation

Download the JESS Client version 3.0.3 package: jess_client_v3.0.3.zip

Please note that JESS Client requires Java JRE 8, which you can download from https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/#jre8-windows. It may misbehave with newer versions of JRE. To run the program, unpack the contents into a local folder and use run_gui.bat to start the JESS Client's GUI.
