Hello,

I am new to jEPlus and I am trying to run a simple parametric analysis, similar to the example in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgE4jYabnko

When I hit "Validate Project" after defining the 3 required files (weather, IDF and RVI) and defining 2 parameters, jEPlus freezes. It just says the following and nothing happens (see the attached image):
Welcome to jEPlus!
The project contains:
Validating jobs. Hang on ...

The jEPlus version is 1.6.3 and the EnergyPlus version is 8.4.0.

Help on this is appreciated!!

This can happen in various circumstances, for instance, if jEPlus cannot find the E+ binary as specified on the Execution tab. If this was not the cause in your case, check what is in the jeplus.err file...
